Operations Executive- Wholesale Insurance Broker

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly reconciliation processes and production of Management Information (MI).
- Handle administrative duties for direct business and broker oversight.
- Maintain and update systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Assist with training and support for administration roles, ensuring accurate monthly payments from partners.
- Support insurance systems and policy records, including sales portals and claims handling systems.
- Maintain MI reporting systems and produce monthly reports.
- Respond to broker and direct customer inquiries, including invoicing and web queries.
- Conduct benchmarking on coverage and pricing for distributed products.
- Assist in auditing, reporting, and communication with clients and insurers.
- Manage and maintain bank accounts, including claims payments and reporting.
- Provide support for operational reports and attend meetings as required.
- Undertake other ad hoc tasks as needed.
