CATASTROPHIC INJURY PARALEGAL / LEGAL ASSISTANT

Location: Wakefield (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum

Position: Full-time Permanent

Join a leading West Yorkshire legal practice known for excellence in serious injury cases. As their department continues to grow, we're seeking a dynamic Paralegal/Legal Assistant to become an integral part of their successful team.

We will consider candidates with only Fast Track PI experience who want to upskill into Serious Injury.

We also will consider candidates with zero PI experience provided they have litigation experience in other areas of civil litigation such as Credit Hire,Housing Disrepair, Financial Mis Selling , Debt Recovery etc.

YOUR ROLE

As a key member of our serious injury team, you'll:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients

• Support Senior Solicitors and Legal Executives

• Manage case progression through ProClaim

• Draft comprehensive correspondence

• Handle client communications professionally

• Maintain detailed case records

• Coordinate with the Finance Department for disbursements

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Experience in personal injury law (serious injury experience preferred)

• Strong client care focus

• Excellent communication abilities

• Sharp attention to detail

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Ability to meet monthly KPIs

• Proficiency in case management systems

• Law graduates with personal injury internship experience

• Professionals with extensive fast-track PI experience
