About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Fast Track Fee Earner to join our team, handling contested fast track cases from start to trial. This is a non-portal role, ideal for someone confident in litigation and managing disputed claims independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of disputed fast track cases through to trial.
- Draft pleadings, prepare court bundles, and conduct legal research.
- Represent clients in hearings and settlement negotiations.
- Provide clear legal advice on case strategy and litigation risks.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
β Proven experience running litigated fast track cases (non-portal).
β Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and litigation processes.
β Excellent case management, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
β Ability to work independently while maintaining high client service standards.
β Strong communication and organisational skills.
