Commercial Property Solicitor – Sheffield

Salary: £39,000 – £45,000 DOE

We’re recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor with strong experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a growing, forward-thinking law firm in Sheffield.

What you’ll do:

• Manage your own caseload of commercial and residential property transactions
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and third parties
• Use a modern case management system
• Meet performance targets and ensure regulatory compliance

What we need:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in conveyancing
• Confidence managing files independently
• Familiarity with SDLT, Land Registry Portal, and case management systems
• Strong communication and organisation skills
