About the Role:
We are seeking a CRM & Digital Integration Lead with deep expertise in CRM systems, case management software, and AI-driven marketing and business development strategies within a law firm or professional services environment. This role will focus on optimizing our digital infrastructure to enhance client management, streamline operations, and drive data-led decision-making in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of CRM systems with case management software, ensuring seamless data flow and efficiency.
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance marketing, client engagement, and business development efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize CRM usage for client relationship management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
- Work closely with IT and business development teams to drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights on how data analytics and AI tools can improve legal service delivery and client acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations while maximizing CRM and AI capabilities.
- Train and support internal teams on best practices for CRM usage and digital tools.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience leading CRM implementation and integration in a law firm or professional services firm.
- Strong technical expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Experience integrating CRM systems with case management software and other business applications.
- Knowledge of AI applications in marketing and business development, including automation and predictive analytics.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes and drive user adoption.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices in legal technology.
- Experience in training teams and change management within digital transformation projects.
